our offices.
Senior position
Our client has an opening for a Business Planner / Floor Manager
(Sr.)
In this position you will:

be responsible to generate and maintain overview of all our
business- and project activities;
-
coordinate and optimize project planning of our offices as to
ensure permanent high quality output, in time and on budget;
-
coordinate with the Head of Recruitment the resources
planning and staff allocation;
-
use data mining in order to establish the appropriate
resources and plan the projects;
-
prepare regular status updates for Partners;
-
closely cooperate with the project leaders, Business
Development & Contracts, Recruitment, HRM, and the
Financial department.
Requirements:
-
University level Architectural background;
-
5+ years of experience in projects planning preferable in
architectural field and international environment;

Fluent in English;
-
Strong interpersonal, communication and organizational
skills;

Excellent planning skills;
-
Good IT skills (MS Office and projects planning software such
as Primavera, and MS Projects);
-
Pro-active, self-disciplined and confident to work in a
complex environment.

Accurate and hands-on mentality;

Capable of maintaining overview in a hectic environment;

European work permit preferred.
Jr./Assistant position
In this position you will:

actively assist the Business Planner / Floor Manager;

set up a database for all our projects using MS projects;

manage the database on a daily basis;
Requirements:

HBO level in engineering/ economics/ IT;
-
2+ years of experience in projects planning preferable in a
construction/ engineering/ architectural environment;

Fluent in English and Dutch;
-
IT skills: MS Office and a good knowledge and proficient
experience in MS projects and/ or Primavera;
-
Excellent planning skills;
-
Pro-active, self-disciplined and confident to work in a
complex environment.
