Customer Contact Representative Italian Amsterdam

Current start date in February 2009.

The E-Services department supports and informs (by phone and e-mail) customers who are facing problems while visiting the KLM websites. Primary goal of the desk is the guiding of customers through the sites and helping them solving their own specific problems and making their own reservations. Next to this the department provides management information to KLM helping them to improve their websites. E-Services are provided primarily in the customers' native language. As the opening hours are from 8 a.m. to 11 p.m. the employees mainly work in shifts and rosters.

The job

Within guidelines set by Cygnific and KLM, the Customer Contact Representative communicates friendly and efficiently with customers in order to improve customer satisfaction by helping them solve their specific website problems and make their own reservations.

The Customer Contact Representative is responsible for:

  • giving general information, support and service in an effective way to KLM website customers in order to improve customer satisfaction.

  • providing management information with the wrap up tool as well as via pro-active contact with Mentor and Supervisor.

Background:

  • Higher general secondary education (HAVO) level of work and perception/ Senior secondary professional education (MBO)

  • Experience in working with computers and excellent knowledge of Italian, plus English, third language a strong preference

  • Affinity with internet and website constructions

  • Tourism education and/ or work experience in the travel/airline (related) industry is a preference

We offer

Fulltime, permanent employment in a dynamic and international call center environment where a lot is invested in youand the working atmosphere. You'll receive an intense training. The starting salary offered is 1730,- gross per month, with room for growth. Also, some interesting incentives are offered like pension and savings scheme, christmas bonus and a KLM-flightticket once a year. Location: Amsterdam.
