For our customer, the world's leading sports company based in
Hilversum, Holland, we are looking for a Czech native Customer
Service Representative for a period of approximately 6 months.
The job
In this temporary postion (around 6 months) you are responsible
for the query- and ordermanagement. This means that you will
ensure an accurate logging and timely handling of incoming
queries in the following areas: returns, claims, refusals,
defectives, discount price errors. Follow up and resolution of
queries in a timely manner in order to avoid any possible credit
hold issue with the customers.You will learn the basic principles
of Account Management relating to the specific areas of logistics
processes.
We ask
Experience:
Customer Service background, preferably in an aggressive, fast
growing environment. Native Czech and good knowledge of the
English language. You are an EU-citizen and/or have unlimited
permission to work within the EU. A work permit will
NOT be
provided.
Educational background:
Positive service minded attitude and strong service background
more important than education, although education at college
level is preferred. Good computer skill.
We offer
A position for approx. 6 months in a dynamic, high-paced and very
international environment. Salary 1800-2200,- gross per months
based on skills and experience. Location: Hilversum, Holland.
