The company is a global manufacturer of sports equipment, clothes
and apparel. Their European (EMEA) headquarters is based in the
center/west of the country (between Utrecht and Amsterdam) but
their impressive headquarters will make you feel like you're in
the center of the world, working together with ca. 1700 employees
from 40 nationalities around the world. They are urgently looking
for a German native Customer Claims Specialist.
The job
In this position you will be responsible for dealing with the
claims from customers. The claims could be related to shipments,
invoices etc. Being flexible and innovative in approach, you have
an aptitude for absorbing new information and situations quickly.
Ideally college educated, you will certainly have a strong
customer service background in a fast-paced, target-driven
environment. We will look to you to provide exceptional customer
service to internal and external customers, adeptly handling
calls from retailers, sales representatives, operations
management, and consumers professionally and positively. With
sharp attention to detail you will look for continual improvement
to our processes.
We ask
The most important requirements are:

You are a native German speaker with very good to excellent
knowledge of English, both written and spoken
-
Flexible, driven, dynamic and service oriented character and
personality
-
Good trouble shooting skills
-
Experience in a customer oriented role

Administrative experience
-
You hold the nationality of one of the EU/EER-countries, a
work permit will not be provided
A plus would be if:
-
You have somefinancial and/or logistics experience
-
You have some experience in using SAP
-
You have good computer skills (Windows/Office and
email/internet usage)
