Customer service representative

If you're fluent in English plus one ore more of the languages German, French and Dutch, we can offer various jobs as a customer service representative at major international companies in The Netherlands. These are not telesales jobs. We can guarantee interesting job offers if you fit the following profile:

  • Customer oriented with a pleasant character and voice.

  • Good communication skills.

  • Good working knowledge of PC and windows applications like Word and Excel.

  • Some experience in a customer oriented role (shop, call center agent etc.).

  • Available 32-40hrs. a week for at least 6 months.

  • You have the nationality of one of the EU/EER-countries, a work permit will not be provided


Most jobs are offered in the Randstad-region (especially in and around Amsterdam), but not exclusively. Salary estimate: 19.000,- - 30.000,- euro gross per year. Most often you will be hired on a fixed contract basis with the company directly, minimum 6 months.
