When hearing our name, you'll probably think of us as the
world leader in rolling bearings. Then you are right, because we
are. Our high quality bearings have made us one of the most
respected brands in the industrial world. But this is a limited
picture of us. There are many other exciting dimensions to
today's company. We have step by step evolved into a genuine
knowledge engineering company. To strengthen this process, we
have identified five different platforms that cover our technical
knowledge and capabilities: Bearings and units, Seals,
Mechatronics, Lubrication systems and Services.
Our Engineering & Research Centre is the Group's
central product R&D facility. It is located in Nieuwegein,
Holland, and has employees of many nationalities. As an employee
of ERC, you are (in) the heart of our technology development
activities that support business strategy,and working
in close co-operation with the operational units in the
business.
