The job
The recruitment section, located in the main office in Rotterdam
is responsible for recruitment and selection of architects,
graphic designers, masterplanners and other creative staff for
all of our offices worldwide.
Within the team there is an opening for a Head of Recruitment.
In this position you will:
- coordinate architectural and other vacancies of all
offices;
- recruit new staff by e.g. pro actively scouting at
universities, and using your network;
- be responsible for assessing architectural portfolios and the
screening, selection, and interviewing of candidates;
- be responsible for staff planning and staff allocation to
projects as to ensure high quality output and a high level of
efficiency of all teams;
- be responsible for creating multi disciplinary teams;
- facilitate teams with staffing resources;
- coordinate a team of 2/3 people;
- closely cooperate with Human Resources, Business Development,
and the Business Planner;
- report to the Managing Partner.
We ask
Requirements:
- University level Architectural background, degree in
architecture;
- 5+ years of experience in architectural field;
- Preferably experience in staff allocation and as a
recruiter;
- Fluent in English;
- Strong personality;
- Strong interpersonal skills;
- Excellent interview, communication and organizational
skills;
- Pro-active, self-disciplined and confident in a complex
environment.
Further qualifications:
- Skilled in MS Office;
- Pro active and team player;
- Accurate and hands-on;
- Preferably have an extensive network in the architectural
field.
