How it works - for recruiters

Careersinholland.com is fully live since May 2008. We will enter our second phase of development by November 2008. From that moment on, we will be able to offer features like CV and job search agents. In the mean time we are fully active and equipped to assist you in your recruitment efforts, supported by video interviews and online testing.

  • Careersinholland is specialized in English speaking and multi-lingual personnel for companies in The Netherlands. Candidates looking for a job through careersinholland will always have a good knowledge of English.

  • We work on a no cure no pay basis. Posting a job is for free, so is our personal support (assisting you in posting a vacancy, active candidate search etcetera). However, we will ask for a small annual subscription fee to cover administrative costs.

  • The basis for our solution is the integrated jobboard*. Job postings and candidates are automatically matched based on the criteria provided by recruiters and jobseekers. You can search for candidates actively on top of your job postings by using a CV search agent. Matches with existing postings will be notified by email.

  • Your job postings are search engine optimized and can be found through Google and other search engines, on top of the availability on Careersinholland.com itself.

  • When searching through available candidates, you can check their profile based on the match criteria used, their CV, a videoclip (if available) and a recruiters opinion provided by Careersinholland (based on our personal experience with mentioned candidate).*

  • Most candidates will be looking for a job in customer service, IT, finance, administration or sales & marketing. However we can also recruit specialists for (for example) technical jobs, construction, science etcetera. We will actively search for candidates for your job opening.

  • Most candidates will have a mid- to high-level educational background and (at least) reasonable computerskills.

  • Most candidates will not need a work permit. The majority are EU/EER-citizens.

  • Candidate profiles are anonymous. Personal information is provided for on demand, but only with the specific consent of the candidate involved.

  • We can conduct an online video interview or online tests (in a controlled environment) on demand. Tests must be provided by yourself, although there are some general, basic tests we can offer ourselves.

  • If a succesful match leads to a job offer, Careersinholland will ask for a one time placement fee. We do not work on the basis of temping or sub-contracting. However, if needed, we can arrange this through one of our partners or you can arrange this through any party of your own choice.
