Both recruiters and jobseekers simply want the right match at the right moment. Any recruitment service should bottomline support this matchmaking process in the best possible way. Fast, easy, effective and (cost)efficient.

Our profile

The market for recruitment tools and services can be (roughly) divided into "traditional" recruitment agencies and internet based jobboards. In our humble opinion, neither provide the best possible way to support matchmaking as described above. Why?


Recruitment agencies take a lot of time and effort to do intakes in the office and provide services not directly related to the core matchmaking process. Apart from that, most agencies do not use the power of the internet to the fullest. This leads to a large, costly backoffice and time consuming procedures in which a lot of the basics are still done by hand. This takes a lot of time and money, which translates into rather hefty recruitment fees (20-25% of an annual salary is very common). We believe that, by automating workflow and using the internet in a smart way, the basic matchmaking can be done faster and at lower costs. We do not maintain large office space or a costly backoffice.

The multi-lingual jobmarket is perfectly suitable for using internet based features like online testing and video. Simply because the large majority of jobseekers can be found all over Europe or even the world. Through the web, the geographical distance is not an issue anymore, and we can bring all the necessary information right to your doorstep. On top of that, we can provide personal, additional services on demand. Fast and easy.

But what about internet jobboards? They provide a nice way to eliminate the geographical distance. However, most jobboards still not use additional webbased features like videorecruitment that can really support matchmaking. Apart from that, the large jobboards use a rather crude way of profiling, still not delivering the exact right match. Last but not least, you pay rather high sums for posting jobs, not having the guarantee for succes. And no additional, personal services are offered to increase this chance for success.

A match is notified immediately through email. A candidates profile can be enriched by a short video interview, enabling you to immediately assess language skills and motivation. And all this on the basis of no cure no pay, for fees much lower then those asked for by traditional recruitment agencies.
