disclaimer (for the use) of the site careersinholland.com, to
which you agree by registering and/or submitting your
information:
1. Service
Careersinholland.com is a service of Careersinsite BV, aimed at
matching job opportunities for English speaking and multi-lingual
jobseekers in The Netherlands with mentioned jobseekers.
This is provided with help of a jobboard listing job
opportunities, listing of candidate profiles, automated profile
matching with email alerts, video interviewing, (pre-)screening,
reference checks, personal support, active job- and candidate
search, advertising and all other services needed to support the
matchmaking process. The exact package of services and support
depends on the specific contract or agreement with individual
clients (recruiters, jobseekers and other agencies).
2. Privacy Policy
Unless you indicate otherwise, by submitting a registration form
on the careersinholland.com site you grant careersinholland.com
all rights to use this information in any way it may see fit to
support the afore mentioned service. This may or may not include:
posting the information on our site, and posting the information
on other sites.
Careersinholland.com will NOT use the information provided for
any other purpose then it's service as described. Personal,
private information (name, (email) address etcetera) will not be
disclosed to any party not directly involved in the process to
fulfil the service. Any provided information will be deleted
permanently and completely by request of the provider.
The information provided is stored in a secure environment and
careersinholland.com has to and will obey all rules and
regulations with respect to this information as described in
Dutch law. Careersinholland.com can not be held liable for any
breach of security resulting from unlawful entry and resulting in
the information being disclosed or used in unintended ways.

of the users of the site and as part of the service, but we
assume no responsibility for the contents of other websites to
which the site has links.
3. Termination
We reserve the right to delete information or not to use the
information provided for the service, with prior notice.
We reserve the right to decline, withdraw or terminate access to
the site and delete information without prior notice if you are
