Furthermore, we always look for solutions and methods that are just a little smarter, leading to lower costs and therefore lower fees. Last but not least, we offer our recruitment service on a no cure no pay and non-exclusive basis. Since we truly believe we offer a sensible solution that will work for all parties, we don't need to work otherwise. We really can provide a one stop shop for your recruitment needs.

Use of our automated and Google optimized job board, with multiposting and response handling, offers the following unique advantages over traditional job boards:

• Very small subscription fee including unlimited job postings and candidate database access;
• No Cure No Pay: you pay a 2% fee only in case of success, thus providing a risk free solution;
• Multiposting of your vacancy on a host of additional, well-performing job boards and Twitter. This generates additional attraction;
• Filtering of non-relevant response. We leave out all response that doesn't fit the basic requirements. This will save you time and efforts in further pre selection.
• Personal service and support, and the flexibility to adapt to your wants and needs.

You will receive an account with which you can create and publish your vacancies and search for suitable candidates. You can also create candidate search agents notifying you of new, suitable profiles. We can also publish the jobs and do the candidate database search on your behalf, something we will always do for new clients.

To be able to provide this service no cure no pay, you can access all candidate details except personal (contact) data. You will receive original but anonymous CV's of suitable applicants. If you're interested in one or more candidates, notify us and we will release the contact data straight away. It's that simple.

If you need additional services we can provide them on demand and for very modest rates. We can for example do phone interviews, reference checks, online video interviews including recording or provide you with the interview environment to set it up directly. Need any help or support? Just ask.
