We are currently assisting our client, CallPoint New Europe, with recruiting for jobs in their multilingual customer service center in Sofia, Bulgaria. Our client is seeking Dutch, Swedish, Danish, Estonian, Latvian or Lithuanian native Customer Service agents to service customers of an an international car rental company.
If you're for example a recent graduate, looking to travel and gain some valuable and good level international experience within a multilingual team, this could be the job for you. Mentality, character and attitude are more important then relevant job experience and the employer will take good care of you. General job description and requirements
- You are willing to work fulltime (parttime possible).
- You are a native speaker of Dutch, Swedish, Danish, Estonian, Latvian or Lithuanian.
- You are fluent in English
- You are customer friendly, have a good voice and some experience in a customer oriented role
- You have in interest in cars and the car rental business
- You are punctual, self motivated, friendly, communicative and pragmatic
- Attitude, motivation and character are more important then diploma's or extensive experience
Overview of benefits & job conditions
You will be provided with accomodation, rent free. Your flight ticket will be reimbursed. Furthermore you will receive meal vouchers. The net salary will therefore provide for an excellent standard of living in Sofia! Please keep in mind the average salary in Bulgaria is approx. 200,-. You will receive 665,- net and don't even have to pay rent....
- Hire takes place "from distance" after extensive phone- and possibly video interviews
- 2 week training period, starting January 5th 2010, with representatives from the company you will represent
- Accomodation is provided for the whole period you will work in Sofia, with (max.) 1 roommate. No rent, only heating/light & internet costs. Internet access in the building/room.
- Meal vouchers
- Remuneration of 250,- of the flight ticket. Return flight remunerated after working at least 8 months for the company
- Medical insurance after the 3rd month of working for the company
- Permanent contract, 6 months probation period, 1 month notice period for the employee
- Full- and parttime work both possible
- Salary 870,- gross per month (FT) which is approx. 665,- net per month. Please keep in mind this allows for a very good standard of living in Sofia and is considered very much above average locally. And you don't have to pay rent for your accomodation.
