The Job
As the Advertising Operations Manager, you will be responsible for all aspects related to setting up, implementing, and monitoring the delivery of advertising campaigns sold by the sales teams in the Netherlands, Germany, and the UK. In this role, you will report to the Sales Director and be responsible for:
• Managing the daily operations of the two Trafficking Department employees; • Proactively recommending improvements to our trafficking and quality assurance processes as well as setting process guidelines; • Implementing new advertising solutions and technologies, such as ad systems or optimization software; • Troubleshooting trafficking issues with our ad serving vendor, third-party technologies, other rich media, and internal departments; • Forecasting, managing, and checking available inventory based on client proposals; • Setting up new campaigns, advertising networks, and sales houses; • Proactively monitoring, analyzing, and optimizing performance in the delivery of ad campaigns, including the selection and delivery of ad networks; • Providing the ad sales team with detailed weekly reports, including performance summaries and optimization recommendations; • Addressing and resolving discrepancies with clients in order to ensure a high level of client satisfaction.

• Bachelor's level education • A minimum of 2 years' relevant work experience in managing online ad operations • Experience with one or more internet ad serving systems, such as Atlas or DoubleClick • Familiar with online advertising, sales, and marketing concepts and metrics • Detail-oriented with excellent analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills • Advanced spreadsheet and database management skills • Excellent project-management skills • Good communication skills • Strong team player who keeps clients happy • Media experience and an affinity with online games
