The Head of Project Management manages the project management department and acts as project manager in forthcoming situations.

The Project Management Department is responsible to manage industrial automation projects, including human resources and third party supplies, to deliver the projects in-time, completely and correctly within agreed budgets. The department consists of project managers and project control employees.

Project Managers include junior to highly senior levels. Department and project decisions are taken independently within department budget and project commercial budget and strategy to improve financial results.

• Mature personality with proven experience in the management of industrial automation project teams and execution.
  
• A self starter with a track record in working with international (management) teams.
  
• Is able to motivate the team and combines a strong will with persuasive power.
  
• A goal oriented diplomat with an entrepreneurial business acumen.
  
• Flexible attitude and experienced in problem and conflict solving.
  
• Knowledge of International codes and practices for design, materials, equipment and construction, Petroleum or Chemical project experience.
  
• Communicative on medium to top Customer levels, fluent in English
