As Revenue Product Manager, you will be a part of the Business Development team and will report to the Business Development Director. You will be responsible for developing new products and driving end-user revenues across our websites and on social networks. The following are additional responsibilities:
• Conducting product management of new and/or existing products in cooperation with game producers;
• Managing, analyzing, reporting on, and growing direct revenues from end-users;
• Optimizing the conversion of players to paying users;
• Optimizing buyer retention;
• Working closely with the company’s studios to ensure the most engaging and high-ARPU virtual items are being created;
• Ensuring the “discoverability” and merchandising of virtual items;
• Optimizing all commercial aspects, including placement, navigation, persuasive/seasonal collections, and product presentation;
• Using analytics-based decision-making to review purchase behavior and to optimize performance; and
• Integrating global and local payment options, as well as optimizing the user experience around virtual currency and direct payments.

Your Profile:
• Minimum 5 years of experience in B2C e-commerce and/or an online environment
• Strong analytical skills
• Experience with metrics-driven decision-making
• Experience with guiding complex projects in a dynamic work environment
• Proven track record of developing and understanding strategy
• Solid oral and written communication skills in Dutch and English
• Master’s degree
