The Job
This job requires strong French AND Spanish skills, one of both on native level, and EU/EER citizenship. A work permit will not be provided.
The Sales and Service Division (SSD) of FEI is charged with selling and servicing FEI products in geographical territories worldwide. The SSD Organization serves as the primary FEI contact to both potential customers and current customers alike, providing a range of value-added products and services and maintaining the highest levels of customer satisfaction.
The Position:
The Sales Order Support position has a coordinating roll for various processes and provides communication to all involved disciplines. This position contributes to the FEI’s quarterly bookings & revenue figures and implements the mission of the team "You sell, we handle” to support sales in the field through administrative activities.
Specific Responsibilities include:
• Daily Sales Support to assigned regions on pre-sales/tender support to the regional account managers. (Examples: configuration issues; compatibility issues; availability & pricing) • Responsibility for the complete administrative part of the tender process of sales requests. • Non Standard Request (NSR) order handling for the Europe/South region via Team Track. • Sub-owner of processes/procedures described to support NSR handling • Operational support to Sales, Service and Market Division representatives. • Operational Support to bookings & revenue issues. Joining weekly logistic meetings with Order Desks to get visibility on unclear orders and take action or define ownership. • Participation in Customer Witnessed Acceptance Test (CWAT). • Back up Support to other Sales Operations team members on order processing and telephone support • Purchase Order (PO) review and order processing of orders. Includes data entry and communication to the customer • Interfacing with FEI certified. Provide visibility on second hand business and inventory. • Quotation Support. Management of line items and data to be added to the CRM data base to enable clean quotes by Account Management. • CRM ‘Help Desk function’. Assist account/sales management with CRM handling. Not IT specific but more functional support. Become super user to train the field and act as information resource for IT/Business Analysts. • Create invoices and stock movements in MFG-Pro. • Create bank guarantees in Maxtrade. • Coordination towards the field service supervisors and the factory regarding deliveries and installs of the specific tools.

• Typically a basic education is required with experience that demonstrates the required skills. At least 1-2 years relevant work experience. • French language skills are a definite must, preferably native. Spanish language skills are highly desired. The English language skills must be sufficient enough. • IT Skills (Microsoft packages, ERP system experience (CRM, MFG-Pro) are highly desired - knowledge of Team Track systems benefits to the execution of the job • Purchase Order review competence (terms & conditions) • Highly Organized approach to work (coordination- and prioritizing skills, self supportive) • Attentive to quotation and order details and accurate in processing of data via the various IT systems. A qualified candidate needs to understand that his/her output is vital to execution of an order and customer satisfaction. • Understands global and local processes and takes initiatives for process improvements where applicable.
