As Javascript Developer you will work in a team dedicated to one of our largest accounts, a global company specialized in smart & connectivity solutions for car, home and on the go. It's a self-steering team of, currently, 5 people.

We're looking for someone who, at first, will cooperate with the senior ful-stack developer to focus on backend development. Furthermore, the team has lots of ideas to optimize processes and develop new tooling and your ideas (and execution thereof) are very welcome.

Our work process is as follows: our client raises issues via Jira. This provides small tweaks or fixes, but also projects that could span multiple days or weeks. You take responsibility for tickets on your name, including communication with them for clarification, developing solutions and meeting deadlines.

Specifically, our client works with Salesforce Commerce Cloud. Experience with Salesforce is welcome but not required. Furthermore, the language of communication is English, but for internal purposes it is considered important that you're willing to pick up on and improve your Dutch language skills.

- Extensive knowledge of Javascript (ES 5 & 6) and a willingness to share your expertise.
- Experience in a similar role, especially if you also have experience with front-end technologies (HTML (LESS/SASS)) and some UI/UX related technology (Sketch, Invision, Figma, Adobe etc.)
- Affinity with webdesign and SEO
- Knowledge of PHP, Salesforce Commerce Cloud and Git is a big plus
- Experience with eCommerce is an advantage
- You're proficient in written and verbal English and have a starting level Dutch with a willingness to further develop your Dutch skills.
